1. That the government is either a Municipality, Provincial, Territorial, or Federal Government or agency recognized by the fore mentioned.

2. Contact Cindi or Rob and they will supply you with a current Government Price list by e-mail in the form of a pdf.

3. A purchase order be issued by the agency or government body to Fountain Green.

4. Ensure that any tax exemption documentation be included with the purchase order.

5. Terms of payment is either by credit card or cheque.
