Simon Allardice is a Web applications developer for corporations throughout the US and Europe, with over 15 years of experience developing database-backed systems. He teaches Dreamweaver UltraDev and Flash ActionScript courses for lynda.com at Ojai Digital Arts Center and Stanford University's New Media Academy.

Recent clients have included Emmy and Clio award-winning visual effects company Foundation Imaging, Arizona State University's Institute for Studies in the Arts, and the Flashforward2000 and 2001 conference web sites. He is the Web Graphics Chair for the SIGGRAPH 2002 Conference, and was a featured speaker at Flashforward2001 New York, Flashforward2001 Amsterdam and Macromedia UCON 2001.
