Datacentre is the ultimate accounting server software for higher volume organizations with many users and/or remote locations requiring fast, simultaneous server based connectivity. It provides all the power, features, & flexibility of MoneyWorks Gold (which operates as the network client for Datacentre), while providing the convenience of non-stop server-based networking & easy accounts sharing for multiple companies simultaneously.
DataCentre offers the convenience of concurrent licensing. That means you can install the software on as many desktops as you'd like (both Macs & PCs) — & then any of them can use DataCentre simultaneously up to your license limit. The base installation includes a full copy of MoneyWorks Gold & allows three concurrent users. Add additional concurrent licenses with easy-to-install server license keys.
The friendly & intuitive interface make MoneyWorks easy to learn & to use. There's a comprehensive tutorial that takes you step by step through the main features that you'll use. & if you need additional help, MoneyWorks comes with a comprehensive manual written in plain English.
Did you notice? MoneyWorks Datacentre can be hosted on a dedicated server (such as an Xserve), or just on a desktop machine such as an iMac that can act as the server.
