LaCie we have chosen them because they have a support & repair centre in Canada, & usually provide our customers with two to three day turnaround or advance shipping depending on what the customer purchases.
Promise have built a reputations for rock solid products & responsive technical support.
Finally Xerox is renowned for their field service, plus their phone support based in Canada is second to none when it comes to printer support.
