EXPERIENCE
For the last 39 years, Robert has had the opportunity to gain a wide & diverse understanding of business & the computer industry. From being the Manager of Administration for the Canadian Space Station Project where he was in charge of a the computer & digital reporting systems, to the design & implementation of computer systems & wide area networks for the financial & manufacturing industries. His years of working with & supporting small & medium sized business brings a wealth of knowledge to his clients.
Rob has seen the transition of the personal computer from the introduction of electronic spreadsheets such as Visi-Calc & operating systems such as Windows, to today's comprehensive integrated ERP & CRM packages such as offered by HansaWorld.
With an Honours Bachelor of Commerce & a Masters in Business Administration he has spent much of his career as a corporate troubleshooter, consultant & entrepreneur, & the last 15 years as an authorized Apple Dealer, Service Provider, Systems Integration & web site developer.
Robert has been in the trenches, installed network wiring, routers, hubs, printers, & workstations to configuring servers. He is Fountain Green Consulting Group's Macintosh & Windows expert handling the Windows side of the equation. Both provide cross platform integration & topnotch help desk support & trouble shooting skill sets.
His ability to understand the various components of a business & integrate them, is a skill that allow him to ensure that projects are properly conceived, designed, & implemented.
His strong background in both computer hardware & software coupled with the other talented individuals of the Fountain Green Consulting Group provide all the components & human resources for a successful project deployment of the HansaWorld anywhere in North America.
